摘要
以高校科技期刊编辑人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查和分析,探讨其组织认同对工作嵌入的影响。研究结果表明:1.高校科技期刊编辑人员组织认同对工作嵌入具有显著正向影响;2.高校科技期刊编辑人员组织认同的各维度对工作嵌入的匹配维度具有显著正向影响;3.高校科技期刊编辑人员组织认同的以组织为骄傲和对组织归属维度对工作嵌入的损失维度具有显著正向影响。
Through the questionnaire survey, the influence mechanism of organizational identification on job embeddedness of sci-tech journal editors in colleges and universities is studied. The results show that: 1.organizational identification has significant positive effects on job embeddedness of sci-tech journal editors in colleges and universities; 2. each dimension of organizational identification has significant positive effects on the dimesion fit of job embeddedness of sci-tech journal editors in colleges and universities; 3. the dimesion of pride of the organization and belonging have significant positive effect on the sacrifice dimension of sci-tech journal editors in colleges and universities.
