我国住宅产业技术创新的激励机制研究

The Study of Incentive Mechanism of Technical Innovation in China's Housing Industry

技术创新是一个产业保持永久活力的源泉,它对国民经济发展的重要作用已经得到世界各国的认同。在我国住宅行业存在着高污染、高能耗的现实背景下,必须通过技术创新对整个住宅产业进行工业化革命和产业链重构,从而实现我国住宅产业的转型升级。但由于技术创新活动本身的经济正外部性,政府的激励成为了推动技术创新的必然选择。文章以演化博弈为研究方法,从政府与住宅企业群体的互动行为出发,通过建立演化博弈模型来研究住宅产业技术创新的激励机理,得出以保障房为载体破解创新瓶颈、以技术创新联盟为平台整合创新资源、以品牌宣传机制为手段提高创新积极性等结论。

Now that the technological innovation is the source to vitalize the industry permanently, its importantrole in the national economic development has been recognized by the countries around the world. Because of thesevere pollution and the high energy consumption it is critical to carry on the technical innovation in industryrevolution and industrial chain reconstruction to achieve the transformation and upgrading of China’s housingindustry. However, the government's incentive, which has the positive economic externality of technicalinnovation, is bound to be the inevitable option. Based on the theory of evolutionary game, this paper studies notonly the interaction of government and housing enterprises but also the incentive mechanism of technicalinnovation in housing industry with an established model of evolution game. It comes to the conclusion thatmeasures should be taken to crack the innovation bottleneck with the support of affordable housing, integrateinnovative resources on the platform of technical innovation alliance, and promote innovation initiative in themanner of brand publicity.
