城市化进程中文化遗址的保护与适应性开发研究——以唐大明宫遗址为例

A Research on the Preservation and the Adaptive Development of Historical and Cultural Heritage in the Course of Urbanization——Taking Daming Palace of Tang Dynasty as an example

在城市化进程中,伴随着大规模持续性的城市建设开发与城市改造,土地资源日益稀缺,该如何正确对待、有效保护和利用城市中占地面积较大的文化遗址,成为摆在城市管理者和建设者面前的严峻议题。研究指出,应在保护的前提下对于文化遗址进行适应性开发,使之在功能上符合现代社会的需求,来协调城市发展和文化遗址保护之间的矛盾。结合西安唐大明宫遗址的保护与适应性开发展开了实证研究,并结合实证研究结论就如何促进城市建设与文化遗址两者关系的协调提出了相关对策建议。

In the process of urbanization, the constant large-scale urban construction and redevelopment isaccompanied by the ever growing scarcity of land resources. Accordingly city managers and builders are facedwith the serious issues of how to properly treat, effectively preserve and adaptively exploit historical and culturalheritage. The paper points out that on the assumption of protection the cultural heritage should be developedadaptively to conform to the function requirement of modern society and settle the contradiction between urbandevelopment and historical and cultural heritage preservation. Based on the case analysis on the heritagepreservation and the adaptive development of Daming Palace of Tang Dynasty in Xi’an, the paper puts forwardrelevant advices on how to promote the coordination of urban development and historical cultural heritagepreservation.
