摘要
密封表面开槽式机械密封已成为非接触式机械密封领域的先进密封技术,凭借其特有的动压效应及良好的密封性能,目前已在离心泵、离心机及反应釜等过程装备中广泛使用。开槽式机械密封的主要技术在于开槽环节,特别是微米级深度的浅槽,开槽深度几乎与表面粗糙度同数量级,对于槽深加工精度要求及去粗糙度技术要求较高。而且目前,多数针对非接触式机械密封数值分析及仿真中,都是将槽深假设为毫米级和微米级,如果试验及实际应用中开槽技术不能达到精度要求,其仿真及分析的现实意义就会大打折扣。鉴于此,在对非接触式机械密封的工作机理及流槽设计技术进行简单介绍后,该文对近20年来非接触式机械密封的槽型加工技术进行了系统研究,同时结合相应开槽技术的具体方法、原理及优缺点进行了分析综述,重点介绍了目前兴起的非接触式机械密封的激光雕刻加工法,其较高的加工效率、无污染性、良好的可控性及高精度,使其应用范围日益广泛。同时介绍了最先进的飞秒法开槽技术,以期对进一步的研究及应用提供理论指导。
Slot type mechanical seal has become advanced sealing technology in the field of non-contact mechanical seal, with its unique dynamicpressure effect and good sealing performance, has been widely used in process equipments, such as centrifugal pump, centrifuge andreactor. For slot type mechanical seal, the main technical links is slotted links, especially the micron order depth of shallow slot. The slotdepth and surface roughness almost the same order of magnitude, for the groove processing accuracy requirement and the technical requirementsto remove roughness is higher. At present,most of the numerical analysis and simulation for non-contact mechanical seal,are assumedto millimeter level and micro level slot depth.If the test and actual application of slotting technology cannot meet the accuracy requirements,simulation and analysis of its practical significance will be discounted. In view of this, after introduced the working mechanism of non-contactmechanical seal and slot design technology,this paper systematically studied of the non-contact mechanical seal slotting technology forthe past 20 years , and combined with the concrete method, the principle, advantages and disadvantages of slotting technology. Mainly introducedthe current rise of laser processing method of non-contact mechanical seal.Its high processing efficiency, no pollution, high precision,good controllability and make its application range is becoming more and more widely.At the same time, introduced the most advancedmethod of slotting technology-femtosecond. In order to provide theoretical guidance for further research and application.
