小型动静压振动主轴的仿真与实验研究

摘要 一种小型动静压振动主轴,该主轴结合螺旋腔轴承,通过双自由度阀(2D激振阀)控制轴向振动,适用于高转速、高频振动的切削中。通过Fluent软件对动静压轴承油膜在不同参数下的压力分布及承载力大小进行仿真分析。实验采集激振频率在20~800Hz之间,振动腔的压力、主轴振动位移以及主轴振动的加速度;通过测试主轴不同的旋转速度以及不同供油压力对主轴径向位移的影响,分析主轴的回转精度。 A small hybrid vibration spindle,the spindle combine the spiral groove bearing,and the axial vibration is controlled by the 2-DOFvalve,It is suitable for high speed and high frequency vibration cutting.Using FLUENT to simulation and analysis of pressure distributionand bearing capacity size of oil film under different parameters.Experimental acquisition vibration chamber pressure,spindle vibration displacementand acceleration of spindle vibration between 20Hz and 800Hz of the excitation frequency.By testing the effect of different spindlerotation speed, effect of oil supply pressure on the radial displacement of the main shaft,analysis of the rotation accuracy of the spindle.
