摘要
针对传统型金属带锯床的电气系统进行改造设计,重点阐述了以PLC为自动控制核心的系统硬件和软件的实现方法。工程实际应用表明,该系统设计合理,性能稳定,切实提升了锯切的效能。
This research is an improvement to design of electric control system of metal band sawing machine. Implementation of automaticcontrol on system hardware and software based on PLC is proposed in the paper.The practical application shows that the system design isreasonable and stable, sawing performance is enhanced greatly.
