G20 National Conference has become an important action which discusses a numberof issues, including the growth of the world's economy. G20 Summit will be held on September 4,2016 in Hangzhou, China. In recent years, issues about the internet always be mentioned on varioustypes of G20 conferences. Previous G20 conferences also launched a number of documents aboutthe stages of the results of the researches. This year, China as the host country, having the largestnumber of Internet users of the world, focus on Network Power Strategy. The development of theInternet or Cyberspace is bound to become one of the important topics of this conference and seriesof forums.
