安徽省区域创新能力评价及空间分异研究

A Research on the Estimation and Spatial Disparities of Regional Innovation Capability Exemplified by Anhui Province

区域创新是区域竞争力的主要推动因素,在经济全球化的背景下更是决定一个地区、一个国家综合实力的关键因素.通过收集创新能力指标的相关数据样本,采用TOPSIS分析法和聚类分析法对安徽省各市的区域创新能力进行科学评价与合理分类,结果显示:2000-2013年安徽省各市的区域创新能力逐步实现了由弱到强的转变,省内地区创新能力分布不均,合肥市处于核心地位,皖南地区创新能力明显优于皖北地区的各城市,基本形成了"一核多中心"的区域创新能力体系;在分类上近十几年来基本形成了以合肥市为第一等级、芜湖市、马鞍山市、铜陵市为第二等级、其他各市为第三等级的区域创新空间等级体系;最后提出了增强安徽省及各市区域创新能力的对策建议.

As the main driving force for regional competition, the regional innovation capability is alsoa critical factor of the comprehensive power of a region and a nation in the context of globalization. Bycollecting relevant data samples of innovation capability in the cities of Anhui Province, this paper makesa scientific evaluation and a reasonable classification of the regional innovation capability of different citiesbased on the TOPSIS and cluster analysis method. The results show that the regional innovation capabilityof various cities in Anhui Province had gradually become stronger from 2000 to 2013. However, the distri原bution of innovation capability was imbalanced with the innovation capability of Hefei City as the leadingplace, and the innovation capability in southern part of Anhui Province was superior to that in northernpart, thus forming a "one core, multiple centers" system of regional innovation capability. As for the classi原fication, it has formed a new spatial rank system as Hefei is in the first rank, Wuhu, Ma Anshan andTongling in the second rank, and the rest cities in the third rank. Finally, the paper gives proposals forimproving the regional innovation capability in cities of Anhui Province.
