摘要 文中阐述温州瓯江南口大桥2 500 t-50 m移动模架过主桥施工技术,在主桥桥面设置悬挂装置,将移动模架重量转换到桥面,通过桥面顶推滑移系统,将移动模架逐步顶推至对岸预定位置。移动模架自行过主桥避免了拆除后重新安装的复杂工序,为需要两岸转场施工的移动模架提供了新的思路,在主桥荷载满足的前提下少拆除甚至不拆除移动模架构件,自行快速、安全通过主桥,值得类似工程借鉴参考。 The 2 500 ton-50 meter Movable Scaffloding System (MSS) transition construction technology and its application in Wenzhou Oujiang Nankou main bridge are proposed in this paper. After setting the suspension device, the weight of MSS transferred to the bridge floor. Then, the MSS is launched through the main bridge to the predetermined location on the other side of the river through the sliding system of bridge floor. The self-transition method avoided the complicated reassemble construction steps after disassemble of MSS, provided a novel idea for MSS, which need to transition construction on both sides.Only few components of MSS, or none, are dismantled during the transition construction from one side of main bridge to another.The whole transition construction process is automatic, fast and safe, which can provide references for similar engineering.
