摘要
针对施工条件、船舶资源投入受限的工程,立足于现有船舶资源的工艺组合与研究,设计了皮带船及其与耙吸挖泥船之间的锚定系统,实现了输砂皮带船与耙吸挖泥船间的稳固连接,将耙吸挖泥船与皮带船进行了有效组合,发挥了皮带船及耙吸挖泥船各自的优点,在两类船舶施工工艺的基础上,研究提出了一种新工艺,最终解决了工程中所面临的问题。实践证明施工工艺可行且效益明显。
According to the construction conditions and ship resources constrained projects, based on the process combination and research on the existing marine resources, we designed the belt boat and the anchoring system between it and trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) , which realized the secure connection between the belt boat and TSHD. TSHD with belt boat has carried on the effective combination, played their respective advantages. Based on the construction process of the two kinds of ships, we put forward a new technology, which can solve the problems in the project. Practice proves that the construction technique is feasible and the benefit is obvious.
