抗战和三线建设时期贵州工业发展比较

A Comparative Study of Industrial Development in Guizhou between Anti-Japanese War and Third-line Construction

贵州自然资源丰富,但由于交通极其落后,丰富的资源长期得不到开发,工业基础十分薄弱。全面抗战爆发后,一批工厂为了躲避战乱而迁入贵州,同时带来了先进的科学文化、人才和机械设备,贵州的工业才开始得以发展。1964年,因为备战的需要,中共中央提出"三线建设"的构想,贵州属于重点建设的十三个省份之一。由于国家的大力支持,以及先进的生产技术和机械设备的引进,丰富的矿产资源得以开发和利用,再加上合理的工业布局和产业结构的优化,贵州的重工业开始出现迅猛发展的趋势,为贵州带来了一片生机。

Though the natural resources are rich in Guizhou, they have not been tapped for a long time because of poor transportation;therefore, the industrial bases are weak. After the outwork of war against Japanese aggression, a group of factories moved to Guizhou due to the war, bringing in advanced sciences, talents and facilities, which made the industries of Guizhou develop gradually. In 1964,owing to the preparation for war, the Central Committee of CPC put forwards the idea of “Third-line Contruction”, and Guizhou was one of the 13 provinces whoes construction could receive support from central government. Thanks to the great support from centralgovernment, the advanced productive technology and facilities, the rich resources ,rational industrial allocation and opmization of industrial structure, the heavy industrial in Guizhou begins to show the trend of rapid development.
