辅导员应对高校新生适应性教育的思考——基于社会工作视角

On the Adaptive Education of Freshmen by Counselors——On the Basis of Social Work

文章从学习、人际交往和生活三个方面揭示了高校新生存在的适应性问题,阐释了社会工作介入高校新生适应教育的比较优势,提出将社会工作理念和方法融入新生适应性教育实践活动。以期通过社会工作视角下的学生工作方式来弥补传统高校思想政治工作的不足,不断创新高校大学生思想政治工作方法,不断提高专业化水平,为新生创造良好的学习环境,消除不适应带来的不良情绪,更好地适应大学生活。

This paper reveals the adaptability of freshmen in terms of study, interpersonal communications and life, expounds the comparative advantage brought forth by the intervention of social work into freshmen’s adaptive education and suggests that the idea and way of social work should be involved in the practices of freshmen’s adaptive education, the purpose of which is to make up for the short points in the traditional ideological and political work in universities, to innovate the way to the ideological and political work of undergratuates and to improve professional level. All of those efforts will create a good environment for students to study and eliminate the anxiety resulting fromunadaptation to university, letting freshmen adap themselves better to univeristy life.
