珍珠球队体能现状分析与对策研究——以贵州大学男子珍珠球队为例

摘要 体能是通过力量、速度、耐力、协调、柔韧、灵敏等运动素质表现出来的人体基本的运动能力,是运动员竞技能力的重要构成因素。珍珠球队员体能水平是珍珠球运动的技术和战术的基础,珍珠球运动员具备很高的体能水平,才能在激烈的比赛对抗中充分发挥出自己的技战术水平。2015年贵州大学珍珠球队参加贵州省第八届少数民族传统体育运动会比赛获得第二名,与冠军擦肩而过,且与参加全国少数民族运动会的机会失之交臂。在这次比赛过程中,不难看出体能与技术水平是贵州大学珍珠球队运动员的主要弱点,文章对目前贵州大学珍珠球运动员的体能做全面调查与分析,并指出目前训练中存在的问题,结合贵州大学实际情况提出对策,为今后进行科学体能训练提供参考。 Fitness is human basic sport ability which reflected by movement qualities including strength, speed, stamina, coordination,flexibility and agility, is an important component of an athlete’s competitive ability. Pearl ball player’s physical ability level is thefoundation of pearl ball sport technique and tactics and only when pearl ball athletes have a high fitness level can they play with theirown technology and tactics level in fierce competitions. Guizhou University pearl ball team only won the second prize in the EighthTraditional Minority National Sports Games of Guizhou province in 2015. Therefore they missed the opportunity to take part in thenational minority games. In the process of the game, it is not difficult to see that physical and technical levels are the main weaknessesof pearl ball players of Guizhou University team. Full investigation and analysis on the current pearl ball player's physical ability ofGuizhou University are carried out in this paper and problems existing in the current training are also pointed out. Combined with theactual situations of Guizhou University pearl ball team, the study puts forward countermeasures so as to provide a reference for scientificphysical training of Guizhou University pearl ball team in the future.
