研究热冷的忽视:当前大学生亚健康问题依然严重

On the Serious Sub-Health Problems of Current College Students

认为决不能因为研究热点的变化而忽视当前确实存在的大学生亚健康状况问题。文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以20多个省市在校大学生亚健康状况的研究为基础,对当前大学生亚健康状况进行多元综合分析研究。认为:大学生亚健康状态发生率依然居高不下,在校大学生亚健康问题仍旧严重;亚健康症状表现相对集中类同,不同类症状存在相关联现象;不同地区、年级、学科、专业间大学生亚健康状况与关注度具有差异性。对策建议:因地制宜建立大学生亚健康档案并纳入健康管理,对亚健康状况严重的要实施跟踪监督;加强对学生亚健康知识宣传,普及亚健康预防及基本的调整、干预手段与方法;尽早建立大学生亚健康联合研究与干预机制,多方合作共同推进亚健康的干预实验研究;针对不同地区、专业、性别和年级的大学生群体的不同状况实施相应的干预手段,根据实际情况制定中西医与运动相结合的亚健康治疗与干预体系。

We should not ignore the current problems of college students’ sub-health status because of the changes of the researchhotspots. This article uses the methods of literature, questionnaire survey, expert interview, and other research methods, and takescollege students sub-health status in more than 20 provinces and cities as the basis of the research, to do multiple comprehensiveanalysis research on the current college students’ sub-health status. The study finds: the incidence of college students sub-healthstate remains high, and college students sub-health problems are still serious; sub-health symptoms are relatively concentrated, notsimilar symptoms associated phenomenon, and among different areas, grades, subjects, professional college students sub-health statusand attention are different. Countermeasures and Suggestions of the study include: adjusting measures to local conditions to establishcollege students' health records and into the health management, implementing tracking supervision on the health conditions of collegestudents; strengthening the students' basic health knowledge propaganda, popularization of sub-health prevention and adjustment; toestablish college students sub-health joint research and intervention mechanism as soon as possible, to form multi-party cooperation tothe intervention of sub-health experiment research; to do the implementation of the corresponding intervention according to differentregions, professional grade, gender and students groups of different status, and according to the actual situations to set up the Chineseand western medicine combined with movement of sub-health treatment and intervention system.
