美国东北部高校羽毛球俱乐部现状调查与分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Status Quo of Badminton Clubs in Colleges and Universities in the Northeast of the United States

文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法，调查美国东北部高校羽毛球俱乐部的运行状况，分析其发展特点、运营模式和经费来源，对其制约因素进行研究与分析。结果表明：美国东北部高校羽毛球俱乐部成员的男女分布不均、技术水平也参差不齐；俱乐部成员每周的练习次数及时间也大有不同，大都集中在每周1～2次，每次1～2小时；俱乐部也基本没有配备专业的教练员来系统教学练习；比赛的经费来源也比较单一。因此建议可以增强高校领导对于高校俱乐部的重视程度，提高对训练经费投入；并且建设专业的教练员队伍同时学校还可以为比赛设立专门基金，为赢得比赛的运动员提供适当的奖励，以此来激励学生的参与度。

With the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, thepaper does a survey of the operation status of university badminton clubs in the northeastern United States, analyzes the developmentcharacteristics, operation mode and source of funding, researches the constraint factors. The results show that the northeastern UnitedStates College badminton club members distribution is uneven, technical level is uneven; practice times and time weekly of clubmembers are very different, mostly concentrated in the 1 to 2 times per week, 1 to 2 hours each time; the clubs are basically notequipped with professional coaches to practice teaching system; source of funds for the game is relatively simple. So the study suggeststo improve the attention degree to enhance the university leadership for clubs, improve the investment in training funds; and theconstruction of professional coaches and schools, and can also set up a special fund for the competition and provide appropriate rewardsfor the game winners, in order to encourage students participation of the sprot.
