摘要
体育运动增强体质的同时,打造出良好的形体气质,焕发了健康的精神面貌,提高了工作学习的效率。如何编排锻炼时间,科学体育运动,合理经营体育课堂,是中学生们的心愿,也是家长和老师们倍加关注的话题。文章从体验教学、游戏教学和引导教学三个环节阶段对中学生体育教学方法做了分析思考、实践运用和创新设计。恰当的中学体育课堂教学模式开展,活跃了课堂气氛,使学生锻炼兴趣浓厚,教学质量和效果有了提升,中学体育教学取得了实际的成效。
Sports and games build our bodies, and create a good temperament, form the community healthy mental outlook, andcan improve the efficiency of work and study. How to arrange exercise time, do sports scientifically, do rational sports classroommanagement, are the desires of middle school teachers and students, and also the focus topics of parents and teachers. The articledoes analysis thinking, practice and innovation design of sports teaching methods in middle school PE teaching from the experienceof teaching, game teaching and guidance teaching three phase for students. The study finds that appropriate sports classroom teachingmode in middle schools, can have active classroom atmosphere, improve students exercise interest, improve teaching quality, andachieve actual sports teaching effect in the middle schools.
