摘要
氰化物污染物一直是冶金行业高炉煤气洗涤水排污水的处理难点之一。针对武钢高炉煤洗涤水排污水氰化物污染物含量较高的特点,在实验室采用NaClO-NaOH法处理高炉煤气洗涤水排污水的氰化物,实验结果表明,NaCl-NaOH法处理高炉煤气洗涤水排污水中的氰化物是可行的,且具有较高的处理效率。最后介绍了武钢高炉煤气洗涤水排污水的脱氰工程.
Cyanide pollutants are difficult to remove in treatment of blast furnace gas washing wastewater in metallurgical industry. Based on the characteristics of high cyanide content in the sewage at Wuhan Steel blast furnaces, the NaClO-NaOH method was used in the laboratory to treat the cyanides in the gas scrubbing water of blast furnace. Experimental results showed that treating cyanide in BF gas washing water with NaClO-NaOH method is feasible, which has higher efficiency. Finally, the cyanide removal project for the BF gas washing water at Wuhan Steel is introduced.
