摘要
为满足生产要求及转炉煤气的有效使用,三安钢铁厂实施了综合厂3座石灰窑全烧高炉煤气改造掺烧转炉煤气工程;掺烧转炉煤气,转炉煤气用户增加,炼钢风机转炉煤气回收投入自动回收,转炉柜增加配重块,增加管理制度,加大考核力度,多种措施提高转炉煤气回收量,达到节能降耗的目的。
To satisfy production demand as well as effective use of converter gas, Sanan Steel carried out transformation project of BF gas blending converter gas burning for the three lime kilns. Various measures, such as burning with blended converter gas, increasing converter gas users, automatic gas recovery of steelmaking blowers, increasing counter weights for converter gas holders, enhancing management system and intensifying assessment, have increased converter gas recovery, achieving the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
