摘要
方大特钢制氧厂10000 m^3/h空分设备配套的进口空压机在运行12年后出现了压缩空气量逐渐减少的状况,造成机组工况波动,氧气产量减少,机组运行能耗上升的问题,通过对设备运行数据进行对比分析,排查出了问题原因并得到了有效解决。
The compressed air volume of the imported air compressor for the 10000m3/h air separating unit of Fangda Special Steel gradually reduced after 12 years of operation,which caused problems such as fluctuation of unit condition, decreasing oxygen output and rising energy consumption. Through comparative analysis of equipment operation data, the causes of the problems were found out and effectively solved.
