摘要
对天然气长输管道企业而言,青年人才在企业的技术、创新、管理等关键领域发挥着不可或缺的重要作用。如何发挥青年人才作用,提高企业核心竞争力、推动企业稳步发展尤为关键。本文结合天然气长输管道企业青年人才特点,提出了"平台+个人"的培养模式,提高青年人才综合素质,推进企业长远健康发展。
For the natural gas long -distance transportation pipeline enterprises, the young talents play an important role in the technology, innovation, management and other key areas for the enterprises. How to play the role of young talent to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the steady development of enterprises is particularly critical. Combined with the characteristics of talents that in the natural gas long -distance transportation pipeline enterprises, this paper takes the training mode of "platform + individuality" to improve the comprehensive quality of young talents, and promote the long-term healthy development of enterprises.
