摘要
中医院校的青年教师由于教育背景原因缺乏教育教学理论知识,同时存在着临床与教学、科研与教学的矛盾,受制于学生评教等问题,阻碍了教师在教学能力方面的提升。调整原有的评价方式是提升教学能力的根本,重视年终考核中教学"质"的评价,重视教师的理论学习、加强他评,重视自评;以及在职称考核中加大教学的权重。
The young teachers in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities lack the educational and theoretical knowledge because of the education background. At the same time there are the contradictions between clinical and teaching, scientific research and teaching. And they are enslaved to the students’assessment. All of these hinder the teachers' promotion of teaching ability. Adjust the way of evaluation is fundamental to enhance the ability of teaching. The new evaluation should pay more attention to the evaluation of teaching "quality" in the year-end assessment, attach importance to the theoretical study of teachers, strengthen peer assessment and pay great attention to self-evaluation and increase the weight of teaching in the title examination.
