摘要
在国产民机的研制工作中,科研工时数据能够非常好的体现科研工作对资源的使用和期间成本的发生。实施民机科研工时的编制核定工作,能促进工业工程在民机产业内落地应用,提高科研工作整体管理水平和效率。本文结合C企业科研实际情况,按照工业工程持续改进,闭环管理的理念,提出了对专家意见实施量化管理的具体方法,依靠这种方法编制核定科研工时,对于缺乏成熟开发经验的民机行业,既简便易行,又能提高结果的合理性和准确性。
As an essential part of the aviation industry development, the resources deployment and the real cost during R&D phase need to be followed closely, and the research on R&D man hour helps to achieve this goal. The success in establishing and verifying the research man hour in civil aircraft industry, based on the continuous improvement and loop control mindset, will facilitate the implementation of IE in civil aircraft industry and improve the capacity and efficiency in scope of R&D management in long term. The method mentioned in this article is not only easy and practical, also improve the accuracy of the result.
