摘要
基于交易成本理论,提出信任关系构建过程中的信任成本支出问题,运用模糊推理建立企业间信任成本评估模型。从信任成本的角度,为企业选择最优合作伙伴提供新的决策视角。模拟结果显示,不同交往时间、监督方式、企业间的差异程度都会对信任成本产生影响。
Based on transaction cost theory, trust cost expenditure in the process of building trust relationship is put forward, and the model of enterprise trust cost evaluation is established by the fuzzy inference. From the view of the trust cost, the new perspective of decision-making for enterprises to choose the best partners is provided. The simulation results show that different communication time and supervision mode, the degree of differences among enterprises will have an impact on the cost of trust.
