本文从阐述二级学院办公室职能入手,分析高职院校二级管理现状及问题,以构建信息化教育管理综合平台为途径,对如何提升当前二级学院办公室工作效率提出了对策和建议。

This paper starts with describing the functions of the secondary institute office, analyzes the management status and problems, and to construct information education management platform as the way, proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the current secondary college office work efficiency.
