摘要
针对医药配送中心的拣选策略在当前背景下存在的复杂性及特殊性,SKU矩阵的概率密度反映了不同药品品项在历史订单中的订购情况,为拣选量的均匀分配,改善配送中心的拥堵状况提供可靠的方法。分区的另一个重要因素是订单结构分析,通过EIQ与品项相关性的结合,在考虑订单、品项、订货次数三者之间关系的同时也充分分析订单内部各品项之间的相互关联性。
Aiming at the complexity of the medicine distribution center picking strategy in the current context and particularity, the probability density of the SKU matrix reflects the different drug items in the history of the order, and provide a reliable method for the uniform distribution of picking amount and to improve distribution center's congestion. Another important factor partition is the order structure analysis. Through the combination of EIQ and related items in order, consider the relationship among the three aspects of order,item and the number of orders and at the same time fully analyze the relationship between the internal order items.
