摘要
某型船载电子设备馈线系统采用铝波导,铝波导具有重量轻的优点,但防腐性能要逊于铜波导。对于长期工作在户外海洋性恶劣气候环境下的船载电子设备,其铝波导的防腐设计尤为重要。本文通过实例介绍了一种应用于铝波导的实用、新型的防腐表面处理技术。
Aluminum waveguide adopted in feeder system of ship borne electronic equipment has the advantages of light weight, but its anti-corrosion is less than that of the copper waveguide. For the aluminum waveguide of ship borne electronic equipment to worke in the long term under the outdoor ocean condition, anti-corrosion design is particularlyimportant. This paper introduces a practical anti-corrosion surface treatment technology newly applied in aluminum waveguide.
