This paper describes the development and implementation requirements of the Modern Apprenticeship mode, and also puts forward its "bottleneck". In order to achieve production religionist and improve the quality of personnel training, and enhance the professional services industry, it is important to explore a Modern Apprenticeship mode with Chinese characteristics.
