摘要
通过对2006~2015年十年间国内外电子烟产业相关专利的检索统计,从宏观、中观、微观三个层面,对该产业专利的专利数量规模、区域分布、技术生命周期、申请人、重热点领域、空白点领域六个因素进行了分析,结果表明:淤整体而言,国内电子烟产业发展势头良好,但在专利结构方面与国外有较大差距,有待优化;于目前,电子烟产业的专利集中度较高,存在技术垄断的风险;且专利区域分布不均,全球范围内主要集中在中国、美国、韩国等国家,国内主要集中在广东、江苏、湖南等省份;盂重热点领域主要体现在A24F、A24B、H01M、H02J、B65D、H05B以上6个领域;榆可通过将云计算、智能控制、健康管理、信息存储、大数据分析等技术与电子烟进行有机结合,作为相关技术创新的突破口。
Through searching and statistically analyzing the related patents of the e-cigarette industry which have taken place during ten years from 2006 to 2015, this paper analyzes and researches the six factors on macro, medium and micro levels, which consist of the patents爷quantity scale of the e-cigarette industry, their regional distribution, technology lifecycle, the applicants, the priority and popular research areas and the blank field. The results are as follows: Firstly, on the whole, the prospect of domestic e-cigarette industry is enjoying good momentum of development; however, there is such a big disparity between the patent structure of China and that of foreign countries that it needs to be optimized; Secondly, at present, high concentration of the patents in the e-cigarette industry so as to the risks of technology monopoly. Moreover, the regional distribution of the patents is not equal. Globally, patents are mainly concentrated in China, the United States and South Korea. Domestically, the patents are mainly distributed in Guangdong, Jiangsu and Hunan Province. Thirdly, the priority and popular fields are mainly reflected in the following six points: the A24F, A24B, H01M, H02J, B65D and H05B; Fourthly,regarding the organic combination of the e-cigarette with the cloud computing, intelligent control, health management, information storage and data analysis and other techniques as the breakthrough of innovation of relevant technology.
