摘要
随着国有企业深化改革的不断推进,资本运营在企业战略管理领域发挥的作用日益重要和突出。本文以大型企业参控股公司股权投资决策、运营、预案三大问题为导向,以大型企业利益共同体"资本纽带"的强大优势为依托,以现代企业管理改制的"匠人精神"为核心,创新性提出了国有企业深化改革中做优早期决策、做细过程监控、做强后效评估、做精预案管理的四大举措,以资推动大型集团化企业对参控股公司精细化管理。
With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, the role of capital operation in strategic management is becoming more and more important. Orienting at the three major issues of equity investment of shareholding companies of large group enterprises:decision -making, operation and plan, operation and plan, relying on the advantage of the "capital tie" of large enterprise interest community, and taking the builders spirit of modern enterprise management as the core, four major measures in the reform of state owned enterprises are proposed: excellent early decision -making, fine process monitoring, strong after -effect assessment, and fine plan management, to promote large group enterprises' fine management of the participating companies.
