摘要
油田开发现已整体步入了高含水期甚至是特高含水期,特别是近年来,国际油价连续低迷走势,对油田生产经营带来巨大冲击,生产难度加大,经营面临困境,随着胜利油田信息化建设的推进,现场中新设备、新技术的大量运用,在强化职工培训、提高职工整体素质等人力资源方面进行改革和探索就变得尤为重要,文章将就在企业中如何进一步提高职工技能素质谈几点看法。
Oilfield development has entered the high water cut period and even super high water cut stage. Especially in recent years,the international oil price is in a downturn, which brings great impact on the production and management of oilfield. The production difficulty is increasing and the operation is facing difficulties too. With the advancement of the information construction in Shengli Oilfield,and the extensive use of new equipment and new technologies in the field, the reform and exploration of human resources such as strengthening staff training and improving the overall quality of staff and workers are becoming more and more important. Several opinions on further improving the skill quality of workers are presented in this paper.
