摘要
中共十八大明确提出我国要走新型城镇化的发展道路,旧城改造属于新型城镇化的一项重要内容。为解决旧城改造建设方案的选取问题,首先构建旧城改造建设方案的评价指标体系,通过AHP-熵权法对各项指标的权重进行计算并与模糊综合评价法相结合,对旧城改造建设方案进行了评价。最后通过实例来进行论证该方法的科学性和合理性,具有工程实用的价值。
The CPC clearly put forward on the 18th Conference that China would take the development road of new-type urbanization in which the reconstruction of old cities was an important part. To solve the selection of old city reconstruction design plan, the paper first builds an assessment indicator system for old city reconstruction design plan, and calculates the weight of indicators with the AHP-entropy weight method and then combines them with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and uses the method to assess the reconstruction design plan of old cities. Finally, the paper demonstrates the scientificity and rationality of the method with living examples, thus proving the method has practical engineering value.
