卷烟包装箱循环利用的工作流程研究

香烟的生产和销售过程中消耗了大量的卷烟箱,而卷烟箱在一次利用后大部分被直接当废品处理掉,造成资源的严重浪费。为找到烟箱循环利用的合理模式,主要对卷烟包装箱循环利用的作业流程和作业规范进行了分析研究。首先根据工业企业和商业公司的特点制订了商业公司烟箱回收总体流程,其次对烟箱回收流程进行了设计,最后对于烟箱回收运输环节以及物流线上的操作环节进行了分析并制定了相应的规范。本文通过对卷烟包装箱循环利用的工作流程研究,为我国卷烟包装箱的回收再利用提供了一些建议和对策,希望能够通过卷烟包装箱的循环利用,为资源的可持续发展起到一定的推动作用。

In the process of producing and selling cigarettes, a large number of cigarette boxes are consumed. Most of the cigarette boxes are treated directly as waste products, resulting in serious waste of resources. In order to find the reasonable mode of the circulation of cigarette boxes, the operation flow and the standard of the circulation of the cigarette packing box are analyzed and studied. Firstly,according to the feature of industry and commerce, we establish commercial company cigarette box according to the characteristics of the overall process for recovery of industrial enterprises and commercial enterprises, secondly we design the cigarette box recycling process,finally for cigarette box transportation and logistics recycling line operation are analyzed and formulated relevant norms. Based on the cigarette case recycling workflow research, recovery for cigarette case in China we can provide some suggestions and countermeasures, hope that through the recycling of cigarette packaging box, it can play a certain role for the sustainable development of resources.
