基于HyperWorks的汽车制动踏板静力分析流程自动化系统的设计

摘要 针对静力分析前处理过程中操作步骤繁琐,重复性工作量大等问题,本文结合企业实际CAE分析经验,设计出基于Hyper Works的汽车制动踏板静力分析流程自动化系统。该系统应用Tcl/Tk语言进行开发,实现了静力分析前处理流程的规范化,不仅可以引导CAE工程师完成流程的分析过程,而且大幅减少前处理操作时间,提高了工作效率。实践效果表明,该系统不仅提高了CAE分析工作效率,缩短了产品研发设计周期,同时也有利于企业积累相关的CAE分析经验,对于企业有着相当明显的经济效益和积极意义。 In order to solve the problems of cumbersome operation and heavy repetitive workload in the pre-processing of static analysis, the auto-analysis system of automobile brake pedal static analysis based on HyperWorks was designed in this paper, which is combined with the actual CAE analysis experience in the enterprise. The system is developed by Tcl / Tk language, which can normalize the pre-processing of static analysis. It not only guides the CAE engineers to complete the analysis process, but also greatly reduces the time of pre-processing operation and improves the work efficiency. The practical results show that the system not only improves the efficiency of CAE analysis, shortens the product development and design cycle, but also helps enterprises to accumulate relevant CAE analysis experience, which has obvious economic benefits for enterprises.
