构建高校新生教育体系必要性思考

新生教育是高校开展思想政治教育工作的基础,当前高校新生教育存在时间短和效果不佳、目的不明和不成体系、内容不合理和精神传承弱化等问题。新生教育应达到让学生具备主动学习的能力、独立生活的意识、为社会服务的意愿和建立信仰等目标。根据问题和目标,采取发挥家、校、师、生共同作用、根据学生发展特点制定新生教育规划、设定新生教育专项课程的方式构建高校新生教育体系是解决办法,这对抓住人才培养的关键时期十分必要。
