Performance and synthesis methods of phosphate ester surfactant were introduced. Applications of phosphate ester surfactant in the processing of pesticide formulations such as suspending agent, water emulsions and microemulsionand were focused. Last,to combine the practical application of surfactant in agriculture, the development direction of phosphate ester surfactant in pesticide formulations processing was prospected.
