本文结合当前高职学院涉农专业人才培养要求,从专业设置、人才培养目标、理论与实践教学体系的确定、综合素质的培养、产学结合等方面进行探讨,以期为农业高等职业教育人才培养模式的改革提供有益的借鉴。

According to the current professional training requirements of agriculture-related specialties in higher vocational college,make a discussion from professional settings, personnel training objectives, determination of theory and practice teaching system,comprehensive quality training, combination of production and study, in order to provide a useful reference for the talents training mode reform of agricultural higher occupation education.
