图书管理员视角下的高校图书馆占座问题与对策研究

Study on the Problems of Holding Seats and Its Countermeasures in University Library from the Librarians' Perspective

占座行为在各大高校中并不少见,学生们占座的种类也是五花八门,比如说用书本占座、用衣服占座等,占座行为甚至有时候还涉及到2个或者2个以上的座位,一个人占多个座位,危害巨大。本文首先对图书馆占座现象的表现形式及危害进行了概述,然后从学生、高校、图书馆三个方面对占座行为的形成原因进行了分析,最后结合高校的具体情况,就如何管理和改善当前大学生的占座行为提出了具体的对策和建议。

Holding seats is not uncommon in the colleges and universities, the kinds of holding seats by students are also varied, such as holding seats by books, clothes etc.. The behavior of holding seats sometimes involves 2 or more than 2 seats, or one person holds so many seats. This kind of behavior is very harmful. Firstly, this paper summarizes the manifestations and harms of holding seats in the library. Then, it analyzes the causes of formation from three aspects of students, colleges and the library. Finally, combined with the specific situation of universities and colleges, this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures and suggestions for improving the college students' behavior of holding seats.
