Rural Pension Changes and the Orientation of the Pension Welfare Services

我国农村传统家庭养老模式大致经历了四个阶段:大家庭养老、分民家庭养老、共财家庭养老和现代家庭养老,不同阶段的养老特征都与当时的家庭结构有着紧密的联系,结合当前农村家庭结构变迁,需要从服务政策、服务队伍、老人观念、服务投入、组织体系、社会参与和权益保障等七个方面对农村养老福利服务进行界定。

China's rural traditional family pension model has roughly experienced four stages: the big family pension, individual family pension, common property family pension and modern family pension. The pension characteristics in different stages have a close relationship with the family structure. Combined with the current changes in rural family structures, the rural pension welfare services should be defined from seven aspects: service policy, service team, the concept of the elderly, service input, organizational system, social participation and protection of rights and interests.
