甘肃地产四倍体黄芩与二倍体黄芩清热燥湿作用比较研究 被引量:3

Comparison of Heat-clearing and Damp-drying Effects between Tetraploid and Diploid Scutellariae Radix Cultivated in Gansu Province

摘要 目的比较甘肃地产四倍体与二倍体黄芩清热燥湿作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、二倍体黄芩低剂量组、二倍体黄芩高剂量组、四倍体黄芩低剂量组、四倍体黄芩高剂量组。采用高脂高糖饮食加白酒及大肠杆菌感染方法诱导大鼠湿热模型,各给药组给予相应药物灌胃,正常对照组予生理盐水,每日1次,连续7 d。观察大鼠肛温、体质量等体征变化,检测大鼠血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)及胃肠组织MTL、GAS含量。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠肛温显著升高,体质量降低,血清IL-4、IFN-γ含量显著升高,胃肠组织及血清MTL、GAS含量显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,各给药组大鼠体质量、肛温,血清IL-4、IFN-γ、GAS、MTL及胃肠组织GAS、MTL均有不同程度的变化;与低剂量组比较,二倍体、四倍体黄芩高剂量组血清IL-4、IFN-γ含量显著降低(P<0.05),血清及胃肠组织GAS、MTL含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论甘肃地产二倍体黄芩和四倍体黄芩均有清热燥湿作用。 Objective To compare heat-clearing and damp-drying effects of tetraploid and diploid Scutellariae Radix cultivated in Gansu Province. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, diploid Scutellariae Radix low- and high-dose groups, tetraploid Scutellariae Radix low- and high-dose groups.High-fat, high-sugar diet, liquor and escherichia infection method were used to induce the rat models of dampness-heat syndrome. Each medication group received relevant medicine for gavage, while normal control group received NS with same volume for gavage, once a day for 7 days. The changes of rat rectal temperatures and body weights were investigated. The contents of IL-4, IFN-γ, and MTL in rat serum and MTL and GAS in gastrointestinal tissues were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group, rat rectal temperatures of model control groups increased significantly (P<0.05) and body weights were significantly reduced (P<0.05); The contents of IL-4,IFN-γ, and MTL in model rat serum increased significantly and MTL and GAS in gastrointestinal tissues were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, each medication group had impact on the body weight and rectal temperatures, IL-4 and IFN-γ, GAS and MTL in serum, and GAS and MTL in gastrointestinal tissues to some degree; Compared with the low dose group, the contents of serum IL-4 and IFN-γ decreased significantly in high dose of diploid and tetraploid Scutellariae Radix group (P<0.05), the contents of GAS and MTL in gastrointestinal tissues increased significantly in high dose of diploid and tetraploid Scutellariae Radix group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both of tetraploid and diploid Scutellariae Radix cultivated in Gansu Province have heat-clearing and damp-drying effects.
