龙眼葡萄可溶性固形物含量积累及动态变化规律分析 被引量:8

摘要 2011-2012年探究了怀来地区龙眼葡萄成熟期果实可溶性固形物累积及动态变化规律。结果显示:龙眼葡萄成熟期间可溶性固形物含量变化均呈现先缓慢增长后迅速增长的规律,拐点出现在8月中旬,平均可溶性固形物含量为15.95oBrix;2011年从7月26日到10月9日的可溶性固形物含量自4.3oBrix升高到16.9oBrix,平均每天增加0.17oBrix;2012年从7月5日到10月9日可溶性固形物含量由5.4oBrix升高到18.3oBrix;平均每天增加0.18oBrix;不同果穗部位的可溶性固形物含量变化趋势与平均可溶性固形物含量变化趋势一致,其中果穗上部的可溶性固形物含量最高,中部次之,下部最低,上部和下部的可溶性固形物含量相差2oBrix左右;龙眼葡萄果穗的可溶性固形物含量随距离根部间距的增加呈下降趋势。 In 2011 and 2012, accumlation and dynamic change of soluble solid content for Longyan grape in Huailai area during the berry mature period were investigated. Results showed that the soluble solid content for Longyan grape at the berry mature period took on a trend of firstly slow then rapid rising, and the inflection point arose in the middle of August with the soluble solid contents of 15.95 oBrix. From July 26 to October 9 in 2011, the soluble solid content rose from 4.3 oBrix to 16.9 oBrix, with the daily increment of 0.17 oBrix. From July 5 to October 9 in 2012,the soluble solid content rose from 5.4 oBrix to 18.3 oBrix, with the daily increment of 0.18 oBrix. Change trend of the soluble solid content from different parts of the cluster coinsided with the average. The soluble solid content from the above part of cluster was highest, followed by middle part and bottom part. Difference of the soluble solid content from the above part of cluster was 2 oBrix from the bottom. The soluble solid content of Longyan grape declined with the distance of the cluster from the root.
