创新创业能力是现代大学生必须具备的一项能力和素质。高职音乐表演专业在创新创业能力培养方面还存在不足之处。因此必须重视创新创业课程教学,强化校园创新创业文化建设,营造宽松的创业环境,搭建适宜的创业平台,不断增强学生的社会适应性和提高就业竞争力,才能为社会输送更多高级技术技能音乐表演人才。

Innovation and entrepreneurial ability is the ability and quality that college students should obtain.There are still deficiencies in the training of creative and entrepreneurial ability for students of Music Performance Specialty in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, importance should be attached to course teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship, to strengthening the campus innovation culture construction, and to the environment for entrepreneurship. A flexible entrepreneurial platform should be built to enhance students’ social adaptability and improve their competitiveness in employment market. Only by means of above mentioned can to music performing talents with advanced techniques and skills be produced.
