古籍数字化能够有效解决古籍保护与利用之间的矛盾,建设"国家古籍资源数据库"首次写入国家五年发展规划,这是解决古籍数字化现存问题的良好契机。应利用国家古籍保护中心和各类古籍收藏机构已有的古籍数字化成果,以"中华古籍保护计划"为依托,统筹规划,在全国范围内组织建设国家古籍资源数据库,保障国家文化安全,促进中华优秀传统文化的继承与弘扬。参考文献13。
