论处方点评工作对医院门诊合理用药的作用

The effect of prescription review on the rational use of drugs in outpatient department of hospital

目的:研究处方点评工作对医院门诊合理用药的作用。方法:以注射用头孢曲松钠和盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的门诊处方为例,建立处方点评工作组和专家组,坚持科学、公正、务实的原则对计算机抽取的样本进行点评分析,然后对不合格情况进行干预,统计分析干预效果。结果:通过处方点评和对不合格处方的干预,门诊处方不合格率明显降低。结论:处方点评工作可以促进门诊处方规范化和合理化,促进合理用药。

Objective:To investigate the effect of prescription review on the rational use of drugs in outpatient department of hospital.Methods:Ceftriaxone sodium for injection and levofloxacin hydrochlorideand sodium chloride injection as an example of outpatient prescription,set up a working group of prescription review and an expert group,we comment on the sample of computer extraction adhere to the principles of science,justice and practicality,then the unqualified situation was intervened,and the intervention effect was analyzed.Results:Through the prescription review and the intervention of unqualified prescriptions,outpatient prescriptions failed rate was significantly reduced.Conclusion:Prescription review can promote the standardization and rationalization of outpatient prescriptions and promote rational drug use.
