PFNA与InterTan系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效对比

摘要 目的:研究、对比PFNA与Inter Tan系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治老年股骨粗隆间骨折的患者50例,随机分为PFNA组与Inter Tan组,比较两组术中透视次数、术中失血量、手术时间、切口长度、愈合时间、术后髋关节评分等指标。结果:Inter Tan组在术中透视次数、术中失血量、手术时间、切口长度方面较PFNA组表现优异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PFNA与Inter Tan系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折术后疗效基本无差异,但Inter Tan系统治疗在术中操作简便,创口小,较PFNA法更适合临床。 Objective:To compare and study the clinical effect of PFNA and InterTan system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:50 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were all randomly divided into the PFNA group and the InterTan group.The intraoperative X-ray times,blood loss,operative time,incision length, healing time and postoperative hip score between groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative perspective times,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,incision length of the InterTan group were superior to the PFNA group, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is no difference between the efficacy of PFNA and InterTan system in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture after operation,but InterTan system is easy to operate in the operation,with a small wound,so the PFNA method is more suitable for clinical.
