欣母沛与缩宫素在预防和治疗产后出血中的临床对比分析

The contrasting analysis between hemabate and oxytocin in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的:探讨欣母沛与缩宫素在预防和治疗产后出血中的疗效。方法:收治行剖宫产的产妇95例,分成对照组47例和观察组48例,分别使用缩宫素和欣母沛进行预防和治疗产后出血。结果:观察组在产后2 h、24 h的出血量明显少于对照组,产后的出血例数及出血率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用欣母沛预防和治疗产妇的产后出血更为有效,不仅可以减少患者的出血量,还能减少出血例数。

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of hemabate and oxytocin in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:95 parturient women with cesarean section were selected.They were divided into the control group with 47 cases and the observation group with 48 cases,then they were given oxytocin and hemabate respectively for prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Results:The amount of bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in the observation group were significantly less than in the control group,in addation,the number of postpartum hemorrhage cases and bleeding rate were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate in prevention and treatment of maternal postpartum hemorrhage is more effective.It not only can reduce the amount of bleeding,but also can reduce the number of bleeding cases.
