腰椎术后脑脊液漏的治疗体会

Treatment experience on cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar operation

目的：探讨腰椎术后脑脊液漏的治疗方法。方法：收治腰椎术后脑脊液漏患者25例，24例患者均延长拔管时间，做好感染预防工作。观察患者术后脑脊液漏消失时间、切口愈合时间与愈合情况并随访1年。结果：本组25例患者脑脊液漏消失时间7～12d，切口均一期愈合，愈合时间15～22d。通过1年随访，所有患者均无复发。结论：术后患者以俯卧位为主，延长拔管时间，加压包扎，可有效阻断脑脊液由切口处漏出，促进患者伤口愈合。

Objective:To investigate the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar operation.Methods:25 patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage after lumbar operation were selected,in which there 24 cases were prolonged extubation time and given prevention of infection.Then we observed the disappearance time of cerebrospinal fluid leakage,incision healing time and healing condition after the operation,and followed up for 1 years.Results:Cerebrospinal fluid leakage in 25 cases disappeared after 7～12d,the incision were healed,and the healing time was 15～22 d.No one had recurrence after followed-up for 1 year.Conclusion:Cerebrospinal fluid leakage after surgery can be prevented effectively,by keeping prone position,prolong the time of extubation,and compression bandage.The patients can recovered by taking those measures.
