中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效的系统评价

Systematic review on the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效的系统评价。方法:收治早期糖尿病肾病患者40例,分两组,对照组20例患者予以西医治疗,观察组20例患者在西医治疗的基础上,予以中医辨证治疗。对患者治疗前后24 h尿白蛋白排泄量(UAE)、尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)进行观察。结果:两组患者治疗后的UAE、UAER、SCr、BUN水平均要显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效较好。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group of 20 cases were treated by western medicine.The observation group of 20 patients on the basis of Western medicine treatment,with the traditional Chinese and medicine.Before and after treatment,24 h urinary albumin excretion(UAE),urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER),serum creatinine(SCr)and urea nitrogen(BUN)were observed.Results:The levels of UAE,UAER,SCr and BUN in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
