真武汤合黄连温胆汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果

Effect of Zhenwu decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure

目的:探究真武汤合黄连温胆汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床有效率。方法:收治慢性肾衰竭患者108例,分为观察组与对照组,针对患者原发性疾病,实施西药基础治疗,同时联用我院自制大黄灌肠液,以此为基础,观察组加用真武汤合黄连温胆汤,8周后,对比治疗有效率。结果:对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性肾脏衰竭患者,以常规治疗为基础,使用真武汤合黄连温胆汤加以治疗效果显著。

Objective:To research the effect of Zhenwu decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:108 patients with chronic renal failure were selected.They were divided into the observation group and control group,in patients with primary disease,the implementation of the foundation treatment,combined with self-made rhubarb enema.On the basis,the observation group were added with Zhenwu decoction combined with Huanglian Wendan decoction.After 8 weeks.The treatment efficiency was compared.Results:The efficiency of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic renal failure, on the basis of routine treatment,the effect of Zhenwu decoction and Huanglian Wendan decoction treatment is significant.
