常规CT结合薄层重建在早期脑梗死诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨常规CT结合薄层重建对超急性期脑梗死的诊断价值。方法:收治脑梗死患者86例,发病6 h内行CT扫描及薄层重建。结果:阳性51例(59%)。其中血管致密征47例(54%),5 mm层厚显示32例,2 mm层厚显示47例。薄层重建配合MPR技术可以直观的展示细小的病变血管。结论:常规CT结合薄层重建有助于诊断超急性期脑梗死。 Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional CT combined with thin layer reconstruction in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction.Methods:86 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were treated with CT scanning and thin layer reconstruction within 6 h.Results:51 cases were positive (59%).47 cases had vessel density (54%);32 cases were showed with 5 mm layer thickness;47 cases were showed with 2 mm layer thickness.Thin layer reconstruction with MPR technology could demonstrate the small lesions of blood vessels directly.Conclusion:Conventional CT combined with thin layer reconstruction was helpful in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction.
