High resolution MRI imaging in intracranial atherosclerosis and its application

摘要 目的:探讨颅内动脉粥样硬化的高分辨MRI成像检查及应用。方法:收治脑卒中患者68例,采用高分辨率MRI及MRI进行检查,比较两种方法下患者大脑中动脉及基底动脉狭窄率。结果:经血管造影检查,出现颅内动脉粥样硬化64例,其中HRMRI检出61例,MRI检出50例,两组检出率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与普通MRI相比,高分辨率MRI能够更准确地发现动脉狭窄,可尽早对患者病情进行判断,另外,HRMRI对研究动脉内斑块的分布规律有促进作用。 Objective:To investigate the high resolution MRI imaging intracranial atherosclerosis and its application.Methods:68 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.They were examined using high resolution MRI and MRI,then we compared the difference in the stenosis rate of middle cerebral artery and basilar artery between methods.Results:After angiography,there were 64 cases with intracranial atherosclerosis,in which 61 cases were detected by HRMRI,50 cases were detected by MRI,and the difference in detection rate was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ordinary MRI,high resolution MRI can find out arterial stenosis more accurately,so it can judged the severity as early as possible,in addition,HRMRI also has a promoting effect on the distribution of plaque in the arteries.
